Our specialties:
Up your chances for obtaining employment, credit & much more by sealing your detention, arrest and court records. California has rules & laws in place to help good people have a second chance in rectifying their past mistakes. ( See how @ http://www.sealarrestrecords.com )
I had a neighbor who worked for a private school as a teacher for over 10 years when suddenly she was faced with losing her job because of a past mistake. The lady had been arrested about 15 years ago for shoplifting a baby bottle and pacifier for her infant son when she was young and out of work. She plead guilty for her mistake and received no probation or jail time but was given a $200.00 fine. The fine was paid and she went on to college and received a degree to teach. She taught school with high performance ratings & her students & co- workers loved her.
About a year ago she was faced with losing her teaching position because of a new policy of giving employees a background check, and guess what, the shoplifting incident appeared. The school did not wish to let her go and she was given three months to have the incident sealed. She went to an attorney who charged her an exorbitant $2500.00 fee to file the paperwork with no guarantees of a positive result. ( Attorney fees for sealing records range between $250.00 & $3000.00 )
If you have ever been detained by the police, even if you did not have to go to court, it is likely there is a record of the incident on file with the Justice System. You may not need this service but might have a friend or know someone who has a similar problem. I recommend that you forward this message to them so they might help themselves to have the lifestyle they desire.
http://www.sealarrestrecords.com allows persons with no knowledge of the California Justice System's sealing process to perform the sealing task without an attorney, via their desktop, in about an hour by paying less than a $50.00 access fee. The site also provides free legal access to other links that will help you understand the California Justice System, access court rules & codes, private investigation services, legal links,& much more.
