Brokers USA established its first office in 1975 specializing in hospitality brokerage. Since then we have expanded our services to cover all major product types, including both commercial and residential, with a focus on San Francisco Bay Area Real Estate. Brokers USA has been brokering deals across the country for over 30 years with over 100 hotel sales to date in California alone. Gregory Garver a graduate of UCSB in Finance and Economics; Gregory’s 1st position was in marina management at a resort on the east coast. After one year he took over the general management of the 120 unit Days Inn Motel adjacent to the Marina. In addition to managing the Days Inn, Gregory handled negotiations leading to the sale of the property for over $12,000,000. After the sale Greg joined Marcus & Millichap as an Associate Broker. In 2007, he opened an office for Hotel Brokers USA in San Francisco where he currently specializes in bay area hospitality sales.
