A traditional Japanese Shotokan style of martial arts, including Jiu Jitsu, weapons, & self defense. Instruction by world class female instructor, Daynia Carroll 4th Dan, with 27 years in the martial arts,including being a former member of the USA Junior National Team, receiving 10 gold National and 3 gold International world champion medals in competition.
