Streets Fitness fills the demand for a different kind of workout that features cardiovascular conditioning, strength, functional, core, and technical training. We offer a complete fitness facility, Including a full line of weight equipment, cardio machines, and up to 40 classes per week that include boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, circuit training, core conditioning, and jiu jitsu. Check out our class descriptions for details. Streets is also home to talented and knowledgeable Personal Trainers and Coaches who can help you take your fitness to the next level.
Streets Fitness is complemented by our Personal Trainers & Instructors. Ian Shaw, Chris Choate, Dawn North, and Gio Merceron have expertise in Boxing, Muay Thai, (all martial arts names above), wrestling, as well as personal training. This combination of expertise and experience provides our members training that cannot be matched in the area.
