Inspired by a strong interest in fishing and boating, our head mechanic Steve Boyd has over 25 years in the marine service industry. As an OMC Master Technician, Steve’s mission is to provide his customers with dependable, high quality, and honest work. He prides himself on providing his customers with honest feedback on what needs to be done to keep their boat running and out on the water. He understands his customers’ most important needs in order to provide sup erior customer service, meeting and exceeding the customers needs without trying to sell them unnecessary services and products. In addition, Steve educates preventative maintenance to all of his customers in order to prevent damages down the road, increasing boater awareness and outboard motor longevity. He also offers unique flexibility to his clients by allowing boats to come in for maintenance and repair later in the day and even after hours to accommodate all types of schedules. Steve works alongside his dedicated brother, Mike, who is also a certified OMC mechanic with over 18 years of experience in the marine service business.
