Three drilling spindle box position and feeding driven by servo motor, controlled by CNC system. And carriage feeding controlled by CNC , with high efficiency and high precision, widelyused in building ,bridge and other steel structure industries.II．Machine structure and configuration :1.Machine is mainly composed of bed, CNC slide table(three pcs), drilling spindle box (three pcs), clamping device, detection device, cooling system, chip etc. 2.The bed is square steel tubes welded together and done strengthen tothe larger force structure of the bed, the completion of the weld artificial aging treatment, which ensure the stability of the bed well, thus ensure the accuracy of the entire machine.3.Three pcs of CNC slide tables, respectively , located in fixed side , moving side and middle. with same structure , all composed of slide plate, slide, and servo driving system.
