I phoned Simon – my living quite a way from Carlisle and as our discussions progressed on a Transponder key for my car it was becoming more likely (and he was aware of this) that I would more than likely have to shop closer to home on this one. BUT… despite all this Simon never waivered in offering patient, helpful practical and technical advice to assist me. Even to sending me a very clear and helpful email within minutes for me to consider.So anyone coming to this website can rest assured in my personal opinion they are dealing with an efficient, friendly and genuine person who will do his best for all who visit, whether he gets the order or not.In my book this is the mark of someone who would never knowingly let you down. Carlisle is lucky to have this man trading in that area.
