As a new patient, one of the first things our staff will do is a past history and assessment. This gives you a chance to discuss what you currently know with the physician, ask questions, and allows the doctor an opportunity to associate physical findings during examination with what you report as signs and symptoms and past history. Based upon the information that is acquired from the history and the exam, proper diagnostic testing may be requested to accomplish the most accurate health picture from which an optimal treatment protocol may be designed.
