The Menagerie is a multi-use kitchen with a dining room for Cooking Classes, Pop up dinners and incubator kitchen. The incubator kitchen- a liscensed community kitchen for food entreprenuars to rent the kitchen to make there product for retail sales. Pop up dining- a oppurtunity for local chefs to create a four to five course menu and execute it in a restaurant type of setting through ticket sales.
