Opening today from at 3 p.m., the newbie specializes in French-style ground beef delicacies that follow a rather strict set of preparation rules. So while freshness and special care go into the cooking, hachés are essentially burgers, topped with cheese, sauces, lettuce, tomatoes, and more. Roam around the place a bit, grab an haché, and hang out on the patio.
