Moulin opened its doors in September 2014 with the mission of making guests feel as if they have been transported to France. With an emphasis on authenticity, everything from the food and drink to the décor and ambiance is just the way you will find it anywhere in France. In fact, only two accommodations were made to fit the American lifestyle: serving coffee to go and offering phone-in orders for pick up.
