Sponsored by the Arkansas Sheriffs' Youth Ranches, CASA of the 16th Judicial District provides volunteer adult advocates for children who appear in juvenile court as the result of abuse or neglect. The program serves Indpendence, Cleburne, Fulton, Izard and Stone counties.
