Clayton Johnson's Entertainment Group formally known as Reality Producitons Company is an entertainment management company that specializes in the field of Promotions, Recordings, Demos, Studio Development, Concerts, Consultant, Management, Bookings, Community and Education Programs. CJEG founded in 1988 by Clayton L. Johnson has been a dedicated service provider within all communities it serves. We have worked with thousands of youth and families to insure values, spirituality, self-awarness, and determination strategies that work. Our youth occasionaly call and share success stories that they have encountered. CJEG and its sister company J-Reality Records have several artist including, Zenobia Smith Kansas City's Song Bird/ and the new Quenn of Gospel, Jeshawn Dillard, Ronell Richardson, R&B's new hot sensation. Our clients are able to pursue their dreams in the field of entertainment after completion of training and performance, which allows them to successfully contribute towards becoming a great entertainer. CJEG is proud of its ability to teach youth positive music skills that enhance their ability to write and demonstrate in a more respectful manner. In this process youth initally have the freedom to write any piece of music he/she like, then we begin to reconstruct the writings and find more suitable words and/or phrases. Most people feel it takes alot of patience and skils to work with youth and that is true, but more importanly it takes one with care, concern love to make it all happen. Youth have an opportunity to learn valuable techniques in the music industry as well as learn important social skills that enhance their life skills, morals, and personality . As youth are now attempting to venture into the entertainment field we strive to provide a safe learning environment that creates an atmosphere that not only demonstrates professional attitudes in a well balances program, but gives youth that needed charge to insure a successful completion of this program.
