Cody and Brandi Swain of Grand Saline, Tx., announce the birth of their first child, a new baby girl, Miranda LeAnn Swain. Miranda was born August 6, 2001, and weighed 6 pounds, 12 oz., and was 19 1/4 inches long. Miranda is the Granddaugher of Terry and Margaret Rice of Grand Saline, Tx., and Ricky and Jackie Diggs of Crowell, Tx. She is also the Great Granddaughter of Bobbie L. Foster of Appleton City, Mo., and Morris Diggs of Crowell. Miranda is the Great Great Niece of Joe and Darlene Wheeler and the Great Great Great Niece of John and Bessie Wheeler all of Crowell, Tx.
